You may enter your details into forms on our website when you request contact, or information from us. We utilise that information to deliver the services you have requested, and where appropriate and permitted by law, to contact you proactively about the services we provide.

We’ll only gather your private data when you supply this to us.

We do not collect data that could be used to profile you based on race, sexual preference, religion etc.

Website use

Through our reporting, analytics, and tracking tools, we gather generic (and non-identifiable) information about visits to our website (page views, time on site, how you got to the site etc.) to understand how we can make your experience on our website better. And from time to time, personalise the content you will see.

  • It is for the purpose of activities outlined above, and done securely or in a manner that makes individuals non-identifiable;

  • It is specifically authorised by the person involved;

  • Such disclosure is required to protect the safety of employees, visitors, customers, or property.

Communications

We will only contact you by email regarding opportunities and updates if you have provided your email address directly to us via our website or to one of our team members.

By default, you will receive the below service emails if you are a client:

  • Billing emails and notifications

  • Operation emails that are required in order to offer a service to you (e.g. hardware information, changes to solutions and offerings you have subscribed to.)
